Vijay Ratnaparkhe is the Managing Director and President of Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Limited (RBEI) since 1st September 2010.

Prior to this role, he was Senior Vice President at Robert Bosch GmbH, Germany for the global product unit Diesel Gasoline Systems - Electronic Controls. His worldwide responsibility included Quality, Processes and Innovation.

Before joining the Bosch Group, he was the Business Unit Head of Infosys, Canada. He was also part of the Infosys Management Council, reporting to the Board of Management.

Vijay is married and has one daughter. After graduating from Bombay University in Chemical Engineering, he did his Masters of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai.

Mr. R.K. Shenoy, Senior Vice President - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions limited is responsible for Powertrain Systems.

Mr. R.K. Shenoy has been associated with the BOSCH Group since 1986 and carries an overall working experience of 26 years in various functions.

Initially he was responsible for Industrial automation, PLC development and Precision instrumentation in RBIN (erstwhile MICO). Later he moved on to Embedded Software Industry. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for Software development for Diesel Engine management systems and ECU development for Trucks and passenger cars.

Mr. Shenoy also carries about 6 years of international experience in Germany as coordination of software development, customer liaison and leading ECU development for European customers.

Born in 1964, Mr. Shenoy holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal.

Mr. Shenoy is married and blessed with two kids. He is interested in listening to music, driving and hobby electronics

Mr. Sri Krishnan V is the Vice President - Engineering of Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Limited with an extensive track record of having worked in core engineering organizations developing embedded software, hardware and products.

A seasoned professional in the aerospace and automotive sectors, Sri Krishnan started his career at ISRO in the satellite centre working on satellite telemetry and payload data handling systems of Indian Remote sensing satellites program. Following ISRO, he moved to Aerospace Systems Ltd where he played a key role in developing navigation systems for defence applications.

Sri Krishnan joined Bosch in 1999 in the area of Car multimedia and had been responsible for embedded software and hardware product development for the Indian market. He also worked in USA and Germany for 4 years where he was in charge of coordination of software development, customer liaison and leading software process improvement initiative.

In his current role as Vice President engineering, he is responsible for the areas of Automotive Safety (Airbag, ABS, ESP and Driver Assistance systems), Car Multimedia (Navigation systems, Head Units, Radios), Engineering tools and Automotive Base software.

Sri Krishnan is leading the NASSCOM Automotive Special Interest Group as Chair person.

He has a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PSG College of Technology.

Started his career as a Management Trainee (Finance) in HAL. He held various capacities in the plants and in the Corporate office in the accounts/ finance / controlling / treasury departments.

He joined Bosch Limited in 1993. Has varied experience with Bosch, at different locations in India and overseas:

  • Head of Accounts, Controlling and Costing at Nashik
  • International assignment in Germany in the Materials function
  • Responsible for two plants of Bosch, as Commercial Plant Manager for over 7 years
  • Head of HR for Bosch in India.
  • Currently Executive Director (Finance and Commercial)

Mr. Sathyanarayana T K is the Vice President – Human Resources of Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Limited (RBEI) since 1st October 2012.

Mr. Sathyanarayana heads the Human Resources function at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions (RBEI). In his current role he drives the HR startegy for RBEI. He is responsible for the delivery of the strategy, policies and initiatives, HR operations, leadership development and keeping up the Bosch culture. He has over two decades of experience across Manufacturing, Engineering, IT and ITES industries handling varied HR functions. He has been with Bosch for more than twelve years. During his tenure, he has worked in senior management profiles for different business units of Bosch in the country.

Prior to joining Bosch, Mr. Sathyanarayana has worked in diverse HR roles across organizations such as Bharat Fritz Werner, WS Telesystems and AxesTechnologies. Mr. Sathyanarayana holds a Masters Degree from National Institute of Personnel Management, Calcutta and has graduated from National College, Bangalore. He has attended the executive management program from IIM, Bangalore and participated in numerous executive programs and professional trainings in the field of Human Resource development at reputed institutes across India. He is currently the Convener - HR panel of CII, Karnataka.

Jacob Peter currently heads IT & Business solutions unit at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions, the largest engineering and IT services entity for Bosch outside of Germany.

He has been with Bosch for the past 17 years. He started his career with Bosch as a SW engineer in their telecom division, then moved into Car Multimedia Division – leading an engineering team for product development. In his last assignment he headed the Global sales team of RBEI and was instrumental in accelerating the growth of non-captive business of RBEI.

He is also leading the cross business initiative of IOT and Digital Transformation.

Prior to joining Bosch, he worked for 6 years at a Defence electronics company in the area of RADARs and Microwave Links.

Jacob is an Electronics Engineer from Mangalore University and has completed his management program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is married and blessed with a daughter. His passions include Cycling and Photography.

Dattatreya is passionate about technologies and business. His business unit designs and develops products in diverse domains – Industrial automation and smart manufacturing; automotive electronics, steering and diagnostics; power tools, security systems, HVAC systems and home appliances. They run three COE for product reliability, NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) and Plastics and a User Experience studio for design.

As a Strategic Portfolio Leader for Industry 4.0, he mentors strategic initiative of Connected Industry from RBEI, India, as an integrated E2E solution provider for Bosch manufacturing plants as well as non-Bosch global customers.

He is an electronics engineering graduate from MNIT Jaipur and has done an executive management program at IIMB. He is an expert in introducing Lean Management in all indirect areas. He has helped many Bosch group companies worldwide in improving their software engineering and development processes based on CMMI framework.

During the last 22 years with Bosch, he has worked and lived in India, Germany and USA. Prior to joining Bosch he had worked for 6 years with BEL (Bharat Electronics) in development of Radar and Sonar systems for ISRO and DRDO.
